Hello I’m “Kiwis. Real name Marcus Gualter, Kiwi because that’s what New Zealanders are called. I’m 5’11 (taller would be nice), grew up on a sheep farm, danced ballet as a Kid and played Rugby in the first 15 at high school, was head boy prefect (like Hogwarts) and met the Queen Elizabeth II (now deceased) in 1977.Wanted to be an air force pilot but instead went solo at 16 Years old at the Local Aeroclub ( I still love to fly Cessna’s out of John Wayne Airport.)

Graduated as a Civil Engineer from Canterbury University in Christchurch NZ where they had that big earthquake. Moved to Brisbane Australia for work during the oil crisis and Sailed across the Pacific to Newport Beach in a 52’ Racing yacht  called “Tomahawk” .Was recruited by Carl Karcher’s (Carl’s JR) son in law to work in Commercial Real-estate Development- Warehouse, Office and Business parks. Decided that the travel was killing me and my young family. Started my full time Residential Real-estate career as a Licensed Broker 10 days before 9/11/2001 Timing is Everything!

Have 2 beautiful Daughters and my Lovely Finnish Wife!..Kiwitos!
